CANCELLATION POLICY Please be aware of our cancellation policy. If your appointment is not cancelled/rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay our cancellation fee.

PARKING As our clinic continues to grow and welcome more patients, the spaces in our parking lot can sometimes be limited. We kindly ask that you allow yourself some extra time before your appointment to ensure you arrive on time. If our parking lot is full, there are some short term parking spots directly across from the clinic on Ontario Street, or the parking garage across the street is always available and free after 5pm!
